Where is Cornerstone Preschool located?
One might say we are not easy to find, until we are found. A “Tucked Away Treasure”, we are located at 5004 Lewis
Road in Agoura Hills, CA 91301.

Is Cornerstone more academic or developmental?
Appropriately we are a healthy balance of both.

What age are children able to begin attending Cornerstone?
Children are able to enroll upon turning 24 months of age. This age group does not need to be out of diapers.

Do you celebrate holidays at Cornerstone?
Holidays are celebrated along with culture and customs that each student and family contributes at will.

What are Cornerstone’s hours of operation?
Cornerstone is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

How does Cornerstone handle children with allergies?
Communication between family, Administration, and the teacher regarding each individuals necessary plan of action
are key in conjunction with adhering to any and all licensing requirements in support of the child’s health and
safety. Allergy lists are posted inside the classroom’s cabinet and are not privy for anyone other than staff.

What is the teacher/child ratio at Cornerstone?
Our 2 year olds have a 7:1 ratio. The maximum amount of children we will have in the classroom is 14 children with
2 teachers and a third teacher available when needed during transitions. Nursery and Preschool classrooms have a
9:1 ratio with a third teacher available when needed during transitional times.

What is Cornerstone’s Separation Policy?
Each separation is unique and individual to each child’s needs. Communication is shared and a healthy transition
considering both child and parent is of the utmost importance.

Does Cornerstone have open enrollment?
Yes, enrollment in ongoing throughtout the school year based on availability.
